We are particularly interested in researchers who integrate their field and/or laboratory work with mathematical modeling or with conservation issues such as climate change, disease, urbanization, or biodiversity.
Applicants must be committed to developing an externally funded research program and contributing to both undergraduate and graduate programs through teaching and mentorship of student research. We are especially interested in candidates who have a demonstrated commitment to increase the access and success of underrepresented students in biology, or who have detailed plans to accomplish such goals.
